Call to Action

Telford and Wrekin CCG and Shropshire CCG asked their local populations during autumn 2013 to have their say on the NHS in the broadest, deepest and most meaningful public discussion ever held about health care in England nationally.

In ‘A Call to Action’ to the public, the NHS asked people to get involved in feeding back their personal opinions, experiences and stories as part of this discussion.

You can read more about the programme and what it meant locally in our Call to Action presentation [ppsx] 5MB and see Call to Action Public Survey - Summary of Responses[pdf] 317KB

Together, Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) provided opportunities for people to take part in a number of ways.

Feedback from the survey, our conference which was held on 25th November 2013 and our other engagement work will be used to develop a future vision for the health service nationally and locally.
